The Department of Public Works[1] shall take over the care and maintenance of the following Town cemeteries:
A. 
The Old Town Cemetery.
B. 
The Free Burying Ground at the East End Cemetery.

Editor's Note: The Board of Selectmen now perform the duties formerly performed by the Department of Public Works.
All budgets, balances and funds received from perpetual care accounts shall be turned over to the Department of Public Works Cemetery Account for this purpose.
