It shall be unlawful for any person within the
Town of Falmouth, for the purpose of preventing a police officer from
effecting a lawful arrest, to resist the arrest by creating either
a substantial risk of bodily injury to the police officer or anyone
else, or by employing means which justify or require substantial force
to overcome the resistance.
