All operators of a mobile food server, truck, wagon or other vehicle or mobile stand operating in the Town of Falmouth shall obtain a mobile food server permit from the Board of Health. This is in addition to the hawkers and peddlers permit required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Any person that shall violate this provision shall upon conviction be fined for the first offense not more than one hundred dollars ($100.) and for a subsequent offense not more than five hundred dollars ($500.).
