Any board officer or department of the Town of Groton is hereby authorized
after a formal hearing to revoke or suspend any local license or permit, including
renewal or transfers, issued by any board, officer or department for any person,
corporation or business enterprise who has neglected or refused to pay any
local taxes, fees, assessments, betterments or any other municipal charges
pursuant to MGL C. 40, § 57, the various terms, provisions and conditions
of which are incorporated into this article.
