Editor's Note: This chapter was originally adopted as Section 13.01
of the Town of Yarmouth Bylaws.
The Town of Yarmouth shall establish a Personnel Board consisting of
five members appointed by the Board of Selectmen for three years each.
Such Board shall establish personnel rules and regulations, with the
approval of the Board of Selectmen, classify positions, approve job descriptions
and accomplish other tasks as set by the Board of Selectmen.
