A.Â
Any resident golf fee under the control of the Board
of Selectmen applicable to Fiscal Year 2004 or thereafter shall not
be increased by more than 5% without a prior favorable majority vote
taken at an Annual or Special Town Meeting.
B.Â
Any nonresident golf fee may be raised by a majority
vote of the Yarmouth Board of Selectmen after a public hearing.
