Whereas a written request has been received from owners and/or corporations pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the provisions of Subtitle I of Title 39 are hereby made applicable to the properties listed by Schedule XVII, which is attached hereto and made a part of this chapter (see § 96-46). Specific regulations pertaining to each property are listed in said Schedule XVII. The letters of request and plot plans are on file in the office of the Township Clerk and are hereby made a part of this chapter.
