This article is being adopted pursuant to the Interlocal Services Act, N.J.S.A. 40:8A-3. The Interlocal Service Agreement and its terms are specifically incorporated herein by reference. A complete copy of the agreement shall be maintained on file in the Township Clerk's office and be available for review by any interested party.
