§ 89-25 Procurement of a cat license and license fees.

Any person who owns, keeps or harbors a cat, should apply for and procure from the Dog Issuing Authority of the Township a license and official metal registration tag for each cat so owned, kept or harbored, and should place upon each cat a collar or harness with the registration tag securely fastened thereto. Also, all licensed cats should receive a rabies vaccination as a condition of licensing.

The fee for said cat license shall be set from time to time by resolution of the Township Council.

Cat licenses and renewals shall expire on the last day of January in each year.
