No person shall set fire to any weeds, brush, tree branches, garbage, debris, refuse or trash or similar items, wherever situated, nor shall any person enter upon any public place designated for the disposal of trash or garbage for the purpose of setting fire in, upon or near said premises.
A. 
Prohibited activities. No person shall:
(1) 
Permit, suffer, allow or cause to be emitted vile, obnoxious or nauseating odors or any odor which may be vile, offensive, obnoxious or nauseating to any person of ordinary sensibilities.
(2) 
Permit, suffer, allow or cause to be emitted any fumes, gasses, vapors, steam or other substance of such nature or quantity as to be injurious to life, healthy plants, trees, animals, crops, buildings or other property or which might tend to annoy or alarm a person of ordinary sensibilities.
(3) 
Permit, allow or cause to be emitted any dense smoke which contains carbon, soot, fly ash or other substances in sufficient quantities as to cause or permit the deposit of such carbon, soot, fly ash or other substances on any surface.
B. 
For purposes of this section, a violation shall be deemed to occur when such odor, fumes, gasses, vapors, steam, smoke or other substances escape into the air or beyond the confines of the premises emitting the same or within a structure to which the public is admitted. The duration of density of the emissions shall not be determinative of whether a violation has occurred, but may be considered by the court in the fixing of a penalty.
Prohibited activities. No person shall:
A. 
Appear in any street, road or avenue or in any park or other public place in a state of nudity or partial nudity.
B. 
Swim or bathe in a nude or partially nude state in any waters of or immediately bounding the Township.
C. 
Disrobe in any automobile, truck or vehicle while the same is parked or stopped upon any road, street, avenue or in any park or parking place or in any public place or place clearly visible from a public street, park, parking place or public place.
D. 
For purposes of this section, the term "public place" shall not be construed to refer to any private structure, whether open to the public or otherwise, so long as the activities therein are screened from the view of persons passing the same on the street.
No person shall commit any act which would constitute a violation of § 49-2, 49-3, 49-4, 49-5, 49-6 or 49-7 of the Township Code of the Township of Pohatcong.

A. 
No person shall trespass on any land, after being forbidden to so trespass by the owner, occupant, lessee or licensee thereof, or after public notice forbidding trespassing conspicuously posted adjacent to the public right-of-way bounding on such lands or adjacent to a usual entryway thereof.
B. 
The consumption of alcoholic beverages of any type on or in any private property without the express permission of the owner or other person with authority to grant such permission is prohibited.
C. 
This section may be enforced by private complaint of the owner, occupant, lessee or licensee of private property or, with the permission of same, the Pohatcong Township Police Department.
