A.
N.J.S.A. 40A:10-6 provides for the establishment of
an insurance fund by the City to insure against liability for its
negligence and that of its officers, employees and servants and to
insure against liability resulting from its use or operation of motor
vehicles, equipment or apparatus owned by or controlled by it.
B.
There shall be an insurance fund established which
shall be designated and known as the "Comprehensive Liability Insurance
Fund."
C.
The City Council may annually appropriate to the fund
such money as may be deemed to be necessary for the purposes aforesaid.

A.
N.J.S.A. 40A:10-13 provides for the establishment
of a Workers' Compensation Insurance Fund for the purposes of paying
obligations of the City under the provisions of N.J.S.A.34:13-1 et
seq.
B.
An insurance fund shall be established which shall
be designated and known as the "Workers' Compensation Insurance Fund."
C.
The City Council may annually appropriate to the fund
such money as may be deemed to be necessary for the purposes aforesaid.
