The field shall be divided into two sections of equal size, one blue abutting the standards and the other gold abutting the vertical edge or the blue at the midsection of the field. At the center shall be superimposed on the field the Seal of the City of Trenton, having gold lettering, a blue shield, brown nag's head and gold wheat all in accordance with color examples which shall be on file with the City Clerk. The seal shall be displayed on both faces; provided, however, that on reproductions of dimensions less than three feet in length, the Seal may be reproduced on the obverse side by means of penetrating dye or otherwise to render a reverse image.
No person shall manufacture, make, reproduce or otherwise produce for sale or distribution with or without charge the Official Flag of the City of Trenton without first submitting to the Mayor an application sufficient to indicate the design material and form of construction of the proposed reproduction for approval as to quality and accuracy of reproduction.
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a violation of this section shall be subject to the fines and penalties imposed generally by Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
