A. 
Part 617 of Title 6 of NYCRR, as revised, applies to actions for which a determination of significance has not been made prior to June 1, 1987. Actions for which a determination of significance has been made prior to June 1, 1987, shall comply with Part 617 of Title 6 of NYCRR, adopted September 1, 1978.
B. 
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon filing in the office of the Secretary of State in accordance with § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
