Editor's Note: Pursuant to § 310, Subdivision 1, of the
Real Property Tax Law, there will be one appointed Assessor in the Town of
Milton.

The number of Board members on the Assessment Review Board is increased
from three to five members.

The Board of Assessment Review shall have the powers, duties and terms
of office as provided in § 523 of the Real Property Tax Law.
