To conserve and protect the public health, safety and general welfare, the Town Board of the Town of New Paltz hereby establishes, pursuant to § 270 of the Town Law of the State of New York, an Official Map of that part of the Town of New Paltz lying outside the limits of the incorporated Village of New Paltz showing the streets, highways, and parks theretofore laid out, adopted and established by law, which said map shall be final and conclusive with respect to the location and dimensions of the streets and highways and the location of parks shown thereon.
The map accompanying this chapter showing the streets, highways and parks heretofore laid out, adopted and established by law, is hereby declared to be a part of the Code of the Town of New Paltz and is hereby established as the Official Map of the Town of New Paltz, Ulster County, New York.[1]
