The Mayor and the Trustees of the Village shall constitute the Board
of Trustees thereof.
The Board shall meet at 8:00 p.m. on the first Monday in the month following
the annual election, and such meeting shall be known as the "annual meeting"
of the Board.

The Board shall hold regular meetings on each and every Tuesday at 8:00
p.m. in the Village Hall. If an overload so requires, regular meetings may
also be held on the other Tuesdays of the month. Special meetings may be called
by the Mayor or by any two Trustees by causing a written notice, specifying
the time and place thereof, to be served upon each member of the Board personally
at least one hour before such meeting, by leaving a notice at his residence
or place of business with some person of suitable age and discretion at least
24 hours before the time of the meeting or by mailing such notice at least
72 hours before such meeting. Any meeting may be adjourned to a later date
but not for more than one week.
At the annual meeting, the Board shall appoint all officers as are authorized
by law.
