Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets and shall be of a type described in Schedule I (§ 190-29).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 190-30) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 190-31).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 190-32).
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 190-33) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 190-34) are hereby designated as school stop intersections and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop-School Crossing" signs are displayed.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 190-35) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which passenger vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established as 25 miles per hour, except as indicated in Schedule VIII (§ 190-36) for those streets or parts of streets described in said schedule. The maximum speed at which trucks over five tons and buses may proceed on or along any permitted street shall be 15 miles per hour.
A. 
All trucks excluded. All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IXA (§ 190-37A).
B. 
Trucks over 10 tons or 30 feet excluded. Trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 10 tons or, irrespective of weight, having an overall length of 30 feet or more are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IXB (§ 190-37B).
C. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
