Application for the Borough to join Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc., a nonprofit corporation with its current offices located at Three Allegheny Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212, as the Borough's one-call system is hereby authorized and approved pursuant to and as set forth in Act No. 172 of 1986.[1]

The proper Borough officials are hereby authorized to complete, execute and deliver the said application for voice notification service, a voice service agreement and a membership agreement and any and all other instruments and documents as may be required to join Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc., and to execute and file any filing form as may be required to provide formal notice to the Recorder of Deeds for York County, Pennsylvania, regarding the final approved membership in Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc.
