It is the desire of the Supervisors of the Township of Pine in the County
of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and said Board of Supervisors
hereby signifies its intention to organize an Authority under the Municipality
Authorities Act of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.[1]

The project which is to be undertaken by said Authority is any project
designated as such under the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, P.L. 382.
No other Authority has been organized under the Act of 1945, P.L. 382, or
under the Act approved June 28, 1935, P.L. 463,[1] by the Township of Pine or is in existence in or for said Township
of Pine, the incorporating municipality.

The proper officers of the Township are hereby authorized and directed
to organize said joint Authority and to execute Articles of Incorporation
and file the same with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as
provided by law.
In pursuance of said desire and intention and in conformity with the
provisions of said Municipality Authorities Act and its amendments, the proposed
Articles of Incorporation are hereby set forth in full as follows.[1]
