Township of Pine, PA Article V North Hills Drug Task Force

§ 10-12 Municipality to enter into agreement.

Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act,[1] the Township of Pine is authorized to enter into intergovernmental cooperation agreement regarding the North Hills Drug Task Force. A copy of an agreement to be entered is attached hereto as Exhibit A.[2]

§ 10-13 Authorization.

The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the Chief of Police of the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Joint Police Force are hereby authorized to execute the intergovernmental cooperation agreements with the signatory municipalities on behalf of the Township of Pine.
