Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation
Act, 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 2301 et seq., the terms and conditions
of the Mutual Aid Agreement for police services with Cranberry Township,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A[1], are hereby adopted.

The aforesaid Mutual Aid Agreement shall become
effective when adopted by an appropriate ordinance enacted by Cranberry
Township and, also, by the other participating municipalities comprising
the Pine-Marshall-Bradfordwoods Joint Police Force.
