Any person violating the provisions of this
chapter or any amendments subsequent hereto shall, upon conviction
thereof in a summary proceeding before any District Justice, be sentenced
to pay a fine and costs of prosecution in accordance with the Pennsylvania
Motor Vehicle Code.[1]
