No person shall operate or permit to be operated upon the streets of
the City a taxicab without first having obtained a license either from the
City of St. Francis or from another municipality as provided in the Wisconsin
Statutes, as they may be amended from time to time.
A.
The current Code of Ordinances of the City of Milwaukee regarding
public passenger vehicle regulations is hereby adopted in full, by reference,
as it may be amended from time to time.
B.
Any person desiring a license from the City of St. Francis shall
provide to the City Clerk the current Code of Ordinances of the City of Milwaukee
and fully comply with such. Fees for such license shall be $100 higher than
those provided for in the City of Milwaukee.
In addition to the suspension or revocation of a license issued under this chapter, any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or any regulation, rule or order made hereunder shall be subject to a penalty as provided by § 1-4 of this Code.
