City of Marlborough, MA Article XV Transportation Planner

§ 7-81 Establishment of position.

There shall be established the position of Transportation Planner.

§ 7-82 Appointment; term.

Said position shall be appointed by the Mayor for two years, subject to City Council approval.

§ 7-83 Duties and responsibilities.

The responsibilities and duties of said position are as follows:

A. Under the supervision of the Commissioner of Public Works or his designee, advise on and perform professional work involved with the design, development, installation, operations and coordination of the City's transportation system and related facilities.

B. Said individual shall also assume the duties as defined in the Code of the City of Marlborough, § 7-64.
