The purpose of this article is to limit and
restrict truck traffic on Parrish Street Extension in the Town of
Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York.
Trucks are hereby excluded from the following
highways within the Town of Canandaigua:
A.Â
Parrish Street Extension from Route 21 to the bypass.
(1)Â
The regulations established in this article shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are excluded.
(2)Â
Permitted vehicles will be emergency vehicles, school
buses, Town, county and state maintenance vehicles, trucks under 18,000
pounds, and local farm vehicles traveling between farms and market.
