A.
Pursuant
to MGL c. 39, §§ 9 and 9A, as amended, the annual election
and appropriations meeting shall be called on separate warrants. The
election of Town officers and other matters to be determined by ballot
shall be held on the first Monday in April.
B.
All Town
officers whose positions are elected by ballot must qualify by taking
an oath before the Town Clerk and completing any necessary paperwork
relating to the state conflict of interest and open meeting laws within
30 days of the date of the election.
