No person shall distribute or display posters,
handbills, placard, pamphlets, or other advertising matter, from house
to house or in any street or way without first obtaining a permit
therefore from the Selectmen.

Persons engaged in, or intending to engage in,
the aforementioned activities for noncommercial purposes shall be
exempt from this section.
