Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-202b, the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code adopted by the State of New Jersey pursuant to the Uniform Fire Safety Act and established as the standard of fire prevention to be used in determining whether dwellings, buildings or other structures comply with standards of fire prevention separate and apart from enforcement of the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code by the State of New Jersey.
