All stores, establishments or places of business for the sale of meats, groceries or provisions for consumption off the premises, located within the Township of Cedar Grove, shall be closed to the public, and business therein shall be and is hereby prohibited, before the hour of 7:00 a.m. and after the hour of 11:00 p.m. on all days.

No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer to sell in any store, establishment or place of business located within the Township of Cedar Grove any meats, groceries or provisions for consumption off the premises, before the hour of 7:00 a.m. or after the hour of 11:00 p.m. of any day. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the sale of milk or bread at any time during the day.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day upon which any such violation shall occur shall be deemed a separate offense.
