Copies of this chapter shall be made available to the public at the office of the Township Clerk upon payment of a reasonable charge therefor as fixed by resolution of the governing body.

Any person aggrieved by any final decision of the Planning Board pursuant to this chapter may appeal such final decision to the governing body of the Township in accordance with the procedures provided in Chapter 38, Land Use Procedures, of the Code of the Township of Cedar Grove.
