A.
All taxicabs shall have four doors, two leading into
the passenger's compartment and two leading into the driver's compartment.
The doors shall be so constructed that they may be opened from the inside
and the outside. Each door shall be constructed with an approved safety lock.
B.
All upholstery covering or interior lining of any taxicab,
except the roof lining, shall be of leather or other nonabsorbent and washable
material.
C.
Removable floor mats shall be provided of rubber or other
nonabsorbent material.
Every taxicab shall be equipped with the following lights:
A.
A passenger compartment light adequate to illuminate
the interior of the passenger's compartment and with a switch easily accessible
to the passenger.
B.
An exterior roof light of an approved design, on both
sides of which shall be placed the word TAXI in letters of at least three
inches in height.
