No person shall park any vehicle at any location
described in this article except in a designated parking space provided
for the general public and within the spaces appropriately marked
upon the pavement of such location.
No person shall park any vehicle within the
Essex County Hospital grounds except in the following designated parking
lots:
A.
Parking Lot No. 1: located on the east side of Fairview
Avenue south of the Administration Building.
B.
Parking Lot No. 2: located on the east side of Fairview
Avenue north of Henry Smith Drive.
C.
Parking Lot No. 3: located north and west of Lukes
Street and Sachs Circle.
D.
Parking Lot No. 4: located east of the Wright Building
and north of Keeney Street.
E.
Parking Lot No. 5: paved area bounded by the laundry,
power plant and maintenance buildings south of Dill Drive at its eastern
end.
F.
Parking Lot No. 6: paved area north and west of the
auditorium.
G.
Parking Lot No. 7: paved areas of the southeast and
northwest sides of the Wright Pavillion.
H.
Parking Lot No. 8: paved areas on north and south
sides of the graduate nurses' home.
I.
Parking Lot No. 9: paved area east of Rawson Hall
along Snavely Street, paved area on west side of Rawson Hall and paved
areas north and south of attendants' home, which is south of Rawson
Hall.
J.
Parking Lot No. 10: east side of Walker Way running
from male attendants' home to Ward 60.
K.
Parking Lot No. 11: paved area west of student nurses'
home and graveled area along east of roadway running from this area
to Read Road.
L.
Parking Lot No. 12: graveled area east and south of
occupational therapy building running along Treadwell Street.
M.
Parking Lot No. 13: area east of morgue building which
is east of Smith Drive.
N.
[1]Parking Lot No. 14: area north of Administration Building
off Smith Drive. This parking lot is for special permit parking only.
All vehicles parked therein shall be properly identified. Permits
may be obtained from the Essex County Hospital Administrator's office.

Parking Lot No. 1: located south of the swimming
pool bathhouse.

Parking Lot No. 2: located east of Parking Lot
No. 1.
(c)
Parking Lot No. 3: located north of the asphalt
tennis courts on Bowden Road.
(d)
East side of the park access road between a
point 300 feet southwest of Little Falls Road and the southwest corner
of Parking Lot No. 1.

Bowden Pond Tennis Courts: paved and gravel area adjacent
to tennis courts on Little Falls Road.

Morgan's Farm parking lot: located north of the farmhouse
on Pompton Avenue.

parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special identification
cards by the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles. No other person
shall be permitted to park in these spaces.

B.
The first two spaces west of the swimming pool bathhouse
