§ 175-1 Fees established.

[Amended 8-15-1995 by Ord. No. 1226]

No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the following business activities without obtaining a permit from the Borough Clerk and paying an annual fee as set forth below:

A. Theater: $100.

B. Vending machine, other than food: $5 for each machine.[1]

§ 175-2 When fees due.

The fees shall be due and payable on January 1 of each year unless otherwise provided.
