Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§ 282-45), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as a route for trucks over four tons. All trucks having a total combined gross weight of vehicle plus load in excess of four tons shall be excluded from all streets, except from those streets which form a part of the system of truck routes.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 282-46), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the directions indicated.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 282-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs having sides 36 inches in length are provided for in the designations.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule IV (§ 282-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule V (§ 282-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs having sides 36 inches in length shall be installed as provided therein.

Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 282-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter. The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of an Act concerning motor vehicles and traffic regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.

Pursuant to the provision of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets described in Schedule VII (§ 282-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as closed to through vehicular traffic. The appropriate signs and barricades shall be installed as provided herein.
No person shall make a left turn at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 282-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a U-turn at any of the locations described in Schedule IX (§ 282-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person shall make a right turn at any of the locations described in Schedule X (§ 282-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter.

A. 
Pursuant to the authority granted to the municipality by N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXI (§ 282-65), attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby designated as restricted parking spaces for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards by the Division of Motor Vehicles. No other persons shall be permitted to park in these areas. Schedule XXI may be revised as necessary by resolution of the Mayor and Council.
B. 
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs calling attention to the provisions of this section erected or placed upon said streets.
C. 
The penalties for violation of this section shall be as follows:

(1) 
For the first offense, a fine of $250.
(2) 
For subsequent offenses, a fine of at least $250 and up to 90 days community service on such terms and in such form as the court shall deem appropriate, or any combination thereof.
(3) 
In addition, the violator shall bear the full cost of towing, removal and storage of the violator's vehicle.

A. 
The Borough of Palisades Park hereby establishes a no-passing zone in both directions along Broad Avenue beginning at the intersection of Columbia Avenue and Broad Avenue and continuing to the Borough of Palisades Park - Leonia Borough corporate line, a distance of 4,760 feet.
B. 
Signs and appropriate roadway markings shall be placed along Broad Avenue, in accordance with the requirements of state code as well as in accordance with the recommendations of the Department of Transportation.

No commercial vehicular traffic shall be permitted or allowed on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XXII (§ 282-66).
