The normal workweek for full-time employees shall consist of 32 1/2
hours, exclusive of lunch time, with the normal working day commencing at
9:00 a.m. and terminating at 4:30 p.m., subject to the discretion of the Health
Officer and in order to meet the needs of the Department.
No employee may accrue more than 10 hours of compensatory time off,
nor shall any employee take more than five hours of compensatory time off
in any one week, unless previously approved by the Health officer. The Health
Officer shall approve the scheduling of compensatory time off which shall
be taken, if possible, within two weeks of the time earned.
