The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways and streets
within the Town between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Eastern standard
time, from the 15th day of November until and including the 15th day of April
of each year.
Violation of this article shall, for a first conviction thereof, be
punished by a fine of not more than $50.
This article shall take effect on November 15, 1985.
