Village of Freeport, NY Article II Uniforms and Equipment

§ 42-4 Payment of costs by Village.

The Board of Trustees may, at its option, determine that the Village shall pay all or part of the cost of uniforms and necessary equipment for village employees where, in the judgment of said Board of Trustees, such uniforms are necessary for the proper performance of such employees' duties.
