The Incorporated Village of Freeport consents to the
extension of the Town of Hempstead Refuse and Disposal District to
include the boundaries of the Incorporated Village of Freeport for
the purpose of the collection of disposal taxes by the Town of Hempstead
for a period commencing January 1, 1990, and terminating as of January
1, 1991, consistent with the terms and conditions as set forth in
Resolution No. 913-1990 of the Town Board of the Town of Hempstead.
B.Â
As of January 1, 1991, the boundaries of the Incorporated
Village of Freeport shall cease to be included within the Town of
Hempstead Refuse and Disposal District for the purpose of the collection
of disposal taxes by the Town of Hempstead.
