Pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions of § 1660(a)28 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 130(7) of the Town Law, and other applicable provisions of law, trucks with a gross weight in excess of six tons are hereby excluded from the following highways within the Town of Maine:
A. 
Kulp Road (sometimes also referred to as "Kolb Road").
B. 
Brigham Road.
C. 
Kolb Road.
D. 
Brooks Road.
To implement the above-described exclusions, the Commissioner of Highways, Parks, Buildings and Grounds of the Town of Maine be and he hereby is authorized, empowered and directed to install R7-1 signs (bearing the word "Truck"), R5-1 signs (bearing the words "Weight Limit 6 Tons"), and R7-3 signs (bearing the words "Except Local Delivery") at the following locations and in conformity with the New York State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices:

Near the intersection with West Chenango Road, to regulate traffic northbound on Kolb Road
Kulp Road (sometimes also referred to as "Kolb Road")
Near the intersection with Knapp Road, to regulate traffic eastbound on Kulp Road (sometimes also referred to as "Kolb Road")
B. 
At such other locations as may be required by applicable provisions of law.
