Any person violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof
be guilty of an offense against this ordinance and be subject to the
payment of a fine not exceeding $25, or to imprisonment not exceeding
10 days, or to both a fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of
the court imposing same. Each succeeding violation shall be construed
to be a new violation.
If any section, sentence, clause or provision
of this ordinance shall be found to be unconstitutional or invalid,
the remaining section, sentence, clause and provision thereof shall
not be affected thereby but shall be and remain in full force and
effect.
This ordinance shall be known as and cited as
the "Launderette Ordinance of the Town of North Hempstead."
This ordinance shall take effect after final
passage and publication as required by law.
