The BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, Fifth Edition/1996, as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., copies of which are on file in the township office, and each and all sections, regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Property Maintenance Code are hereby adopted and incorporated as Chapter 93, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, as revised by the insertions and deletions prescribed in § 93-2 of this chapter.
The following sections of the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, Fifth Edition/1996, as locally codified above in Chapter 93, are hereby revised as follows:
A. 
Insert in bracketed areas of referenced sections the following:
(1) 
PM-101.1, Title: Insert "Thornbury Township."
(2) 
PM-106.2, Penalty: Change to read: Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding brought before a District Justice under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, be guilty of a summary offense and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs of prosecution. Each day or portion thereof that such violation continues or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense, and each section of this chapter that is violated shall also constitute a separate offense.[1]
