Under the power granted to it by the Commonwealth
in § 15.2-1300 of the Code of Virginia, the City does hereby
concur in the establishment of the Regional Building Code Appeals
Board, in concert with the member jurisdictions of Crater Planning
District.
The Council of the City of Colonial Heights
hereby concurs in the following organizational items:

B.
The City Council shall make the appointment of its
representative to the Regional Building Code Appeals Board.
C.
Compensation of members shall be $30 per meeting,
payable by jurisdiction with appeal.
D.
The Building Code Appeals Board will be expected to
develop its internal procedures.
E.
The Crater Planning District will act as the repository
for the Board's files.
F.
There is no limit on the number of terms of office,
but membership should be rotated, where possible, among all participants.
