§ 191-1 Application for permit.

Applications for permits for the display and discharge of fireworks on the occasion of public celebrations and exhibitions shall be made to the Fire Official on forms prepared by the Fire Official and available in the office of the Municipal Clerk. Any such application and permit shall be subject to the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code.

§ 191-2 Violations and penalties.

Except as provided herein, violations of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article III, General Penalty.
