A. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas marked in yellow on the attached plan prepared by Carr Engineering Associates, P.A., revised October 4, 1989, such plan declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein,[1] which areas are in front or alongside of all the buildings of the shopping center for a width of 36 feet from the curbing, as shown, including that area on the westerly side of the main building Nos. 1 and 2.

B. 
"No stopping or standing" signs shall be installed on every third post in front of the stores labeled No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 on the attached diagram and the thirty-six-foot-width areas, as well as the curbing, shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint. These areas shall also be marked showing that no stopping or standing is permitted.
C. 
All entrances to the shopping center shall be signed with the following legend: "Parking Only in Designated Areas and Between the Painted Lines, Tow-Away Zones."
D. 
Tow-away. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grass area or pedestrian walkway; or present any traffic or safety hazard; or any vehicle parked in areas other than those designated for parking may be removed by towing at the cost and expense of the owner of such vehicle.
E. 
Proper signs shall be installed as shown on the attached plan, and all signs, bolts, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and maintained by the owner of the shopping center. The Ewing Township Police Department shall inspect and determine whether installations meet state, local and federal rules and regulations.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein, which are in front of the buildings of the Shop-N-Bag for a width of 30 feet as shown, with the exception of the rear area of the Shop-N-Bag north side.
A. 
No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein, which are in front of the Cambridge Hall Condominium building on Lower Ferry Road in the Township, for a width of 20 feet from the curbing as shown.
B. 
"No parking" signs shall be installed at appropriate intervals along the front of the Cambridge Hall Condominium complex. Curbing shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint.
A. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, declared to be a part of this chapter without inclusion of the text herein, which are in the court serving Buildings 10 to 13 of Delaware Heights Apartments, Scenic Drive, for a width of 24 feet from the curbing as shown.
B. 
"No stopping or standing" signs shall be installed at appropriate intervals along the court. Curbing shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint.

No person shall park, stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein, which are in front of and on the perimeter road of Park Place.
B. 
"No parking, standing or stopping" signs shall be installed at areas designated on the attached plan. Curbing shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, Exhibit B, declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein.

"No parking, standing or stopping" signs shall be installed at areas indicated on the attached plan and which are marked accordingly by the application of yellow paint.

No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the areas indicated on the attached plan, Exhibit A, declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein.
B. 
"No parking, standing or stopping signs" shall be installed at areas indicated on the attached plan and which are marked accordingly by the application of yellow paint.
A. 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle at any time upon any of the areas marked in red on a plan prepared by Omega Engineering Services, revised June 9, 1989, such plan declared to be a part of this chapter without the inclusion of the text herein, in front or alongside of all the buildings of the Ewing Center for a width of 36 feet from the curbing, as shown, including that area on the westerly side of the building and also including the main entrance roadway entering the Center from Olden Avenue.
B. 
All entrances to the Ewing Center, marked in blue on the attached plan, shall be signed with the following legend: "Parking Only in Designated Areas and Between the Painted Lines, Tow-Away Zones."
C. 
Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede the normal flow of traffic, block entrances, exitways or pedestrian walkways or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard, or any vehicle parked in areas other than those designated for parking by painted lines, may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's cost and expense.
D. 
"No parking, standing or stopping" signs shall be installed at areas indicated on the attached plan, and the appropriate curbing shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint. All signs, bolts, posts, paint or other necessary material shall be installed and maintained by the owner of the Center at such owner's cost and expense. The Ewing Township Police Department shall inspect and determine whether installations meet local, state and federal rules and regulations.
