The speed limit for both directions of traffic along Jake Garzio Drive shall be 25 miles per hour. Speed limit signs shall be installed at appropriate intervals along Jake Garzio Drive.
No motor vehicle of any type shall overtake or pass another on Jake Garzio Drive from Upper Ferry Road to Graphics Drive.
Both exits from the Municipal Complex onto Jake Garzio Drive, marked in yellow on a plan prepared by Faridy. Thorne & Maddish, Architects and Planners, dated December 29, 1989, shall be designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be installed at such locations.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time along both curblines within the circle in front of the main entrance of the Municipal Building, marked in red on a plan prepared by Faridy, Thorne & Maddish, Architects and Planners, dated December 29, 1989. "No parking" signs shall be installed, and curbing shall be properly identified by the application of yellow paint.
No vehicle shall at any time enter the areas marked in blue on a plan prepared by Faridy, Thorne & Maddish, Architects and Planners, dated December 29, 1989. "Do not enter" signs shall be installed at such locations.
All entrances to the Municipal Complex, marked in orange on a plan prepared by Faridy, Thorne & Maddish, Architects and Planners, dated December 29, 1989, shall be signed with the following legend: "Parking Only in Designated Areas and Between the Painted Lines, Tow-Away Zones." Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede the normal flow of traffic, block entrances, exitways or pedestrian walkways or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard, or any vehicle parked in areas other than those designated for parking by painted lines, may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's cost and expense.
