No person shall connect any sump pump to any sewer line. The record title owner shall be responsible under this article and shall be presumed to have caused any such connection.
No person shall permit, allow or suffer to cause the infiltration of water or any other substance which is not normal sewage as defined in § 300-13 into the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority System. The record title owner shall be responsible under this article and shall be presumed to have caused any such infiltration.
No air conditioner which uses circulating water as a coolant shall be connected to any sewer. The record title owner shall be responsible under this article and shall be presumed to have caused any such connection.
The provisions of this article shall be enforced by any duly authorized agent or employee of the Ewing-Lawrence Sewerage Authority or any duly authorized employee of the Township.
Any person found guilty of a violation of any of the above sections of this article shall be liable to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty. Additionally, the Sewerage Authority or the Township may take such other action deemed necessary to halt or restrain such violations.
