Administration of government — See Ch. 4.
The terms of office of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Spring Valley shall henceforth be four-year terms.
The village general elections shall be held biennially in the odd-numbered
years, and the offices to be filled in the 1992 village election shall be
elected for a single three-year term, and their successors shall thereafter
be elected for terms of four (4) years. The offices to be filled in the 1993
village election shall be for terms of four (4) years.
