A stormwater pollution prevention plan consistent with the requirements of Articles I and II of this chapter (Chapter 222, Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control Law of 2010) shall be required for site plan approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria standards in Article II of this chapter.
