Pursuant to the provisions of § 18 of the Public Officers
Law of the State of New York, the governing body of the Village of
Alexandria Bay, New York, hereby agrees to be held liable for costs
incurred under the provisions of such section by conferring upon such
officers and employees of such village the benefits of § 18
of such law.
