As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes, but is not limited to, parks, docks, playgrounds,
parking areas, storage areas, boat-loading areas, municipal buildings
and any other property owned, operated or leased by the Village of
Alexandria Bay.
No person shall throw, deposit or litter upon
the municipal property in the Village of Alexandria Bay any glass
bottles, glass, nails, tacks, wire, cans, paper, newspaper, cardboard
or any other substance likely to injure any person or persons upon
said property.

Any person who shall violate any of the terms
of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation and
subject to a fine not to exceed $250 and/or imprisonment for a period
not to exceed 15 days.
